The COVID-19 pandemic continues to take a toll on the health and well-being of all – those in need of care and those who provide care. Seeing the numbers of deaths from the virus, the inequities in disease burden, vaccination access, all while experiencing isolation and a transformation of the health system – our hearts are weighed down, minds burdened and souls thirsty for a return of community in its widest sense.
Especially now, it is important to take care of ourselves. To help individuals across the global health care community take time for wellness and self-care, CHA in partnership with several meditation experts, offer free reflections/mindfulness exercises. Each about 5 minutes in length, these reflections, offered as videos or MP4s, can help you consider your experience of the pandemic as well as help build resiliency.
