COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR IN-PERSON PROGRAMS
CHA considers the health and safety of all those onsite at in-person programs our top priority. During these challenging times, CHA is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all of our in-person programs' participants and staff. CHA will determine onsite safety precautions on a program-by-program basis, depending on local conditions, any requirements imposed by local authorities and other relevant factors. Nevertheless, attendees must recognize that there is risk involved in attending any in-person gathering, and by registering for the program, agree to accept such risk.

Personal Accountability
By attending any of CHA's in-person programs, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the program. All attendees are expected to comply with all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, or local health authorities for the locality in which the in-person program is taking place, and are expected to adhere to and abide by any safety precautions that CHA may implement to protect against the spread of COVID-19.

Current Onsite Safety Precautions
CHA will determine onsite safety precautions on a program-by-program basis, depending on local conditions, any requirements imposed by local authorities and other relevant factors.

In Case of Illness
You should not attend a CHA in-person program if you are experiencing symptoms associated with the flu or COVID-19. You also should not attend if you have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious according to the guidance of public health authorities or by the health care team responsible for your treatment. In addition, attendees should self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and will be asked to leave the program immediately should symptoms develop. Full registration fees paid will be refunded for COVID-19 related cancellations.
